Hey I'm happy that Twilight is coming back but I can never get over the fact that Stephanie Meyer thought it was a good idea to write in that the werewolves have to cut their hair or else their fur would be long & shaggy to maintain.
As if most Native Americans literally don't cut our hair for spiritual reason. We literally believe it's an extension of our spirit. Its painful to cut, it's the evaqulant to cutting out your soul.
That's why we literally only do it when someone dies. Because its to show your mourning. Only to show your love and how much pain you're in.
Not all tribes do this but enough do. I literally went 3 years without cutting my hair once. Some have gone decades.
But naw turn to doggy cut hair regularly. The first set of Native actors they had literally got recasted because they refused to cut their hair. What did you THINK was gonna happen Meyer?
Notice how Booboo Stewart has always had long hair since his Twilight days?

Black girls deserve to learn free from bias and stereotypes.
Most black girls experience this hatred at schools. And classmates are not the only problem, there is no support from teachers, too. That’s why they get so affected by their school experiences. Black kids deserve to be treated just like everybody else, they want to study, they want to learn something ,too. However due to prejudice they are 5 times more likely to be suspended than their white peers and it can ruin their lives forever. National Women’s Law Center created this video to change the situation. Join the movement to help black girls feel normal and get the same opportunities everybody else has.

people talk about how extra anakin and luke are but no one ever mentions how leia:
- was scheduled for execution when luke and han freed her from her cell and still gave them a shit about it
- proclaimed her love to a smuggler in front of half the empire before he was frozen in carbonite
- blinks whenever she shoots; still manages to kill troopers
- impulsively pursued a trooper on endor, tried to get him to fall from his bike, fell from her bike herself, then waited until said trooper hit a tree so she could faint
- rescued her lover from jabba and when he couldn’t see her, instead of saying her name, said ‘someone who loves you’
- told a guy he had an awful smell while suggesting vader is the emperor’s dog, all within one sentence
- was virtually proclaimed the ewok princess while wearing a brand new dress while her friends were going to be the ewoks’ dinner
- kissed her own brother in order to make the guy she likes jealous
- insulted the millennium falcon and her pilot right before they were supposed to save her (on more than one occasion)
- ignored han as he tried to save her from echo base by bossing people around when they were all supposed to evacuate
- willingly almost let chewie choke lando
- yelled ‘IT’S A TRAP!’ dramatically first
- called han a stuck up half-witted scruffy looking nerf-herder; made out with him 3 days later
- legit made out with han in front of darth fucking vader
and if you read the bloodline novel she shows up at a party wearing a black dress and cape after everybody in the galaxy finds out darth vader was her real father, showing levels of extra that would make both anakin and padme proud
What i love the most about Helen as an actress is that she can transform herself beautifully.
For example,I have friends who have watched Harry potter,Hugo,Penny Dreadful and Peaky Blidners but if you tell them that Helen plays in all those four Shows/Movies they will be terribly shocked,because NARCISSA MALFOY IS POLLY GRAY?! AND OLD,SWEET MAMA JEANNE IS THE HOT WITCH IN PENNY DREADFUL?
Helen is a very talented actress and she deserves much more recognition.
